Delivery & Return Policy

1. Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Orders are processed every day except on government holidays.

  • If a product is out of stock or any unexpected delay occurs, our support team will notify you immediately.

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka City: Usually delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Outside Dhaka / Other Districts: Generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on courier availability.

  • Delivery may take longer during public holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery charge starts from ৳60–৳80 (depending on product size/weight).

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge starts from ৳120–৳150, depending on location and courier service.

  • Delivery charges are mentioned at checkout before confirming your order.

Order Confirmation

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), you must confirm your order via phone/SMS before shipment.

  • For Online Payment, orders are processed automatically after successful payment confirmation.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

At NextGen Business BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:

  1. You received a damaged or defective product.

  2. You received a wrong item (different model, color, or product).

  3. The product is missing major parts or accessories.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • For lighting and electronic items, the product seal or wiring must not be tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items that were sold during clearance sales or special discounts.

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., neon sign lights with specific names or designs).

Replacement & Refund

  • Once your return is approved, a replacement or store credit will be arranged.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
